Per Notarization/Stamp

(If I'm traveling to you, there could be additional travel fee)

 $55.00 for exams longer than 3 hours, travel fee may be assessed depending on location of testing site

$25 Per notary act, additional notary seal $10

 (Most documents only require one seal)

Loan signing fees are negotiable, please call for exact pricing. 540-819-8990

$15 Flat rate (1 or 2 cards). Additional fee $1 (per card) if you do not have your own FD-258 fingerprint cards.

Providing a witness for a signing in office is $15.  Mobile appointment witness fee $25

Local Appointments only.  Fees vary depending on location outside of the Roanoke City/County area.
